Slowly start to roll the mat, pressing on both sides of the width with your hands. Always roll your mat with the PU (design) side outward as this is a sticky surface and it can cause your mat to stick together and peel. & How to clean your mat: Rub the mat with a damp cloth or a soft sponge with soap diluted with plenty of water. Let your mat dry before use. Avoid using essential oils directly on the mat.
