Josephine Bernaud created these delicious cookies and crackers in 1926 to sweeten travelers traveling on the Haro-Bordeaux railway route.
Her delicious healthy snacks combine the exquisiteness of French baking recipes from her native country with local ingredients from La Rioja where she lived with her family.
Baked in an artisanal way, we continue to maintain the original recipe. We use low cooking in baking and only use natural ingredients.
