Lady Merveilles is a bean-to-bar chocolate factory, artisanal and family-run, certified organic since 2015.
Committed to excellence, Lady Merveilles makes her chocolates from carefully selected cocoa beans. It is in our manufacturing workshop in Brittany that the cocoa beans are manually sorted, roasted, crushed and ground by us. It is from our own recipes that we can offer you unique and quality products.
Meticulous work is carried out to enhance the taste of each cocoa bean of Ecuador, Peru, Belize, India, Brazil, Madagascar, Sierra Leone and Uganda.
Having control over all stages of processing allows us to offer you unique tasting chocolates with distinct aromatic profiles from one origin to another.
The creation of our chocolates is based on ethical and human values with regard to the producer, the consumer and the environment.
Our raw materials come from fair trade when possible and all are certified organic in accordance with the organic label.
We work in partnership with local producers for the raw materials produced here in Brittany. Also, all our chocolate bars are packaged in a biodegradable and compostable bag!
We are committed to maintaining a close, lasting and trusting relationship with cocoa producers by going to meet them on the cocoa plantations.
Our goal: to share our knowledge and passions, to ensure that they work in good conditions, that their remuneration allows them to live properly. In the same spirit, we order our cocoa beans from them a year in advance without delaying their payment.
