COFFEE dark chocolate

Coffee and chocolate are two ingredients that allow both to complement each other while allowing everyone to express themselves. We have chosen coffee beans from Ethiopia, roasted by Allpeco located in St Thuriau (56) which works directly with coffee producers in organic farming and fair trade. We grind cocoa beans and coffee together to obtain a very smooth chocolate in the mouth. The marriage between this coffee and our beans from Brazil gives a delicious result! We let you discover.
