Raspberry dark chocolate

During the making of this dark chocolate, we add dried raspberries to our cocoa beans from India which are ground by the granite rollers of our mixer/grinder. In the end, we have an ultra smooth texture, so no raspberry seeds in the mouth! The plus: we work with a French company that dries the raspberries for us! Ingredients: cocoa beans*, golden cane sugar(1), raspberries*. * ingredient from organic farming (1) fair trade ingredient Our tablets are all packaged in a biodegradable and compostable bag in household compost. The cardboard that protects it was printed in Brittany with vegetable inks!
