Dark chocolate ESPELETTE CHILI PEPPER - 75% BRAZIL

We work directly with a chilli producer in Espelette and a fleur de sel producer in Saint Armel (56) which we add to our dark chocolate from Brazil. It is a dark chocolate in three tasting stages: the fleur de sel enhances the taste of the chocolate, then the aromatic notes of the chocolate are revealed and at the end of the mouth the Espelette pepper arrives. It is a pepper that is warmly spicy and powerfully aromatic. It is equivalent in intensity to traditional pepper. The cardboard that protects it was printed in Brittany with vegetable inks!
