LAKLAK was born from my crush on the ancestral technique of lacquer and the intensity of its creative palette. Several months spent in Japan and then in Vietnam with master lacquerers will seal the colorful destiny of my jewelry collections.
With meticulousness and patience, I make them one by one in my Montmartrois workshop.
Superposition of layers, sanding, laying of gold leaf, engraving, varnishing, polishing are all steps that mark out the creation of a piece of jewellery. I like to work in this way, with measured steps and to see the piece of jewelery transform little by little. A special relationship is created, a form of complicity with my creation.
