The bitterness relegated to the background appears on the finish, rounded off by a liquorice flavor that develops secrets in finesse. Refermented in the bottle, it is a tasty companion. Top-fermented beer, grading 7.8° alcohol, spicy, perfumed with powerful aromas of anise, amplified by a superb foam in communion with its sparkling ruby color, the result of a skilful combination of flavored malt and spices.
