Rubus Idaeus Gin is the distillate of juniper berries and raspberry leaves and stems created by the genius of Priscilla Occhipinti and Massimiliano Biaggioli, who with the purity of distillation have given new value to the forgotten parts of the plant. Rubus Idaeus Gin takes its name from the scientific name of the raspberry plant, which means "Bramble of Mount Ida", referring to the legend according to which it was Aphrodite, goddess of Beauty and Love, who discovered this plant on Mount Ida in the Island of Crete and to give it to men. With a particular amber and clear color, Rubus Idaeus Gin is characterized by intense aromas of juniper and infusion of raspberry leaves and stems. In the mouth it is soft, warm, persistent and complex.
