Raspberry crystals

When sugar meets raspberries, something magical happens: a pink and fragrant mixture is obtained, which is broken by hand. The raspberry crystals can be used to garnish yogurt, ricotta, ice cream and desserts in general, but they are also excellent natural candies. Ingredients: sugar (80%), raspberries (20%).
