Our bitter is made using artisanal and totally natural methods, using infusions and distillates produced with fine spices, herbs and flowers from our hills and the Cuneo Alps. Color: Dark amber. Scent: Strong and pleasant herbal. Tasting notes: Intense, pleasantly bitter with strong notes of flowers and Alpine herbs, long-lasting with a light aftertaste of spices and a pleasant fresh note of mint, a light natural sweetness given by Melissa and Chamomile. Main botanicals: Gentian, Gentianella, Yarrow, Artemisia, Genepy, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Thyme, Mint, Melissa, Chamomile.
