The rum liqueur is made in Stefan Hofstetter's manufactory in the heart of the world's oldest hop-growing region, the Hallertau. The alcohol comes 100% from barrel-aged rum and is refined with the intensive aromas of dark double bock beer. This creates a unique pleasure from 100% natural raw materials with 100% taste. Sensory: Intense and strong smell of roasted caramel and brown cane sugar, also fine vanilla and some liquorice. Palate: Surprising full volume, very soft and smooth. A beautifully balanced sweetness on the tongue, with notes such as roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate and some brittle predominating.
