Handpicked Bavarian hay flowers, hop cones, elderberries and fennel seeds combined with carefully selected juniper berries, lemon and orange peel, refined with secret herbs result in a classic dry gin with a Bavarian touch. For example, juniper berries are steeped in high-quality potato brandy for up to three weeks before this is distilled particularly gently for up to eight hours together with the berries in the historical stills. The other botanicals are also perfused in a sieve by the rising spirit of juniper and give the dry gin fine alpine aromas. Pleasant smell of hibiscus blossom, marzipan, sloe, rose and rum pot. The taste is mild, sweet and very accessible to plum, sweet cherry, sloe and honey.
