For our pure distillates we only use fruits of perfect quality and ripeness. They come from controlled cultivation of selected farms and orchards. This is exactly why our spirits impress with their pure aromas and natural mildness. Of course without artificial additives and sugar. You rarely find anything noble - that's why our brandies are limited. Our Williams pears grow in the greater South Tyrol area, in the Bolzano basin and in Vinschgau near Schlanders at high altitudes. The second important growing area is Franconia, in the area near Volkach. The stocks come mainly from older trees that are harvested and tended by hand. Sensory: Bouquet intensely scented with pear.
