In the 150 liter still, fine-spirited one-offs with a special freshness and intense flavor are created. The bergamot is an Italian fruit that originated from the crossing of citron and bitter orange. Only grown along a narrow, sun-drenched stretch of coast in southern Italy's Calabria, it's known for its invigorating effects. In combination with Sicilian oranges, which develop a special variety of fruit when prepared as a whole fruit, an exceptionally fruity taste experience is created that is rarely found in this quality.
