When carefully selecting the ingredients for RARITAS creations, quality, sustainability and uniqueness are crucial. The handpicked ingredients are processed particularly gently and distilled in the small copper still of the SCHLOSSBRENNEREI TEGERNSEE. In the 150 liter still, fine-spirited one-of-a-kind wines with a special freshness and intense flavor are created. The famous Vinschgau apricots grow on the mountain slopes of the Vinschgau valley. They are still cultivated in the traditional, rural structure and brought to the collection points. We also use apricots from the Bergeron mountain region (southern France) and the intensive rose apricots from Hungary. Only by selecting the best, fully ripe fruits does a characterful and tasteful moment of pleasure arise.
