The handpicked ingredients are processed particularly gently and distilled in the small copper still of the SCHLOSSBRENNEREI TEGERNSEE. In the 150 liter still, fine-spirited one-offs with a special freshness and intense flavor are created. Stone pine from the Ötztal forms the valuable basis for the new RARITAS creation. While the Swiss pine spirit is made with cones in the traditional way, RARITAS pine wood liqueur develops the typical pine aroma primarily through planed pine wood shavings. Due to its well-balanced sweetness, the liqueur is a unique pleasure.
