Capers in vinegar

Consumed since Antiquity, capers grow wild all around the Mediterranean Basin. We select our capers in Morocco, and only work with unparalleled caliber capers (small caliber) which have a more refined taste. It is an essential ingredient in the preparation of dishes, sauces and of course in tapenades.
