lacquer print
A Laqueprint is a new technique developed and produced in the Netherlands in which a very high-quality printed image is manually draped over sanded and brushed 100% PEFC certified scaffolding wood. Due to the manually lacquered high-gloss finish and the subtle running of the image over the edges™, the result is almost indistinguishable from a real painting.
Hang up or put down
Due to the thickness of 3 cm, each Laqueprint can easily stand independently, but you can also easily hang it up thanks to the handy recessed hanging system.
The quality, structure of the wood and high gloss make every image a jewel on the wall or on the cupboard. An original Laqueprint is unique and made by hand in the Netherlands. Colour, structure, size or weight may therefore differ slightly. Lacquer prints are not suitable for hanging outside in the rain or full sun. Under a shelter is no problem.
Durable
100% PEFC certified wood is used. PEFC means that the wood is obtained in a responsible and sustainable way.
The inks and varnishes used are Greenguard certified and therefore free of harmful substances.
Public Domain
All images applied to Laqueprint belong to the “Public domain”, are his own designs or have been obtained with express permission.
Reachable
Lacquer prints are reproduced in the most natural way possible. In this way, the story behind the work of art remains as intact as possible, offering the opportunity to enjoy our National and International cultural heritage at home in a way that is accessible to everyone.
