Lemon Jam

Exceptional fruits for an intense jam.     This month of February, L'Arbocal delighted in the beautiful citrus fruits offered by Bionuter.   Bionuter is the adventure of 2 lovers of Spain and its beautiful orchards, who decided to share this love with us. 

After having carefully identified and met small farmers from the South of Spain near Murcia, after having been able to observe and appreciate their virtuous and respectful practices, both of the land and its inhabitants, and after having been able to taste and savor their incredible production , they have organized the short circuit sale of their products, here in Alsace.   Their principle? 

Short circuit, traceability, fair remuneration of producers, connection between 100% organic land artisans and committed consumers.   An idea so simple and so obvious that one wonders why it remains so rare...   With particularly fresh, completely natural, fabulously tasty fruits. 

In short, real little marvels that we had great pleasure working at L'Arbocal.
