Our pickles are 100% French, grown in Gers and Lot et Garonne. Our pickle jars are made in our Castets workshops without preservatives or additives.    Delicious and delicious pickled pickles that will go perfectly with your charcuterie platters or with one of our pâtés.   A pickle is a variety of cucumber, usually small, used as a condiment. Pickles are marinated in brine or vinegar. Historically, cucumbers were harvested when ripe, unlike gherkins. Varieties were then selected to produce gherkins on the one hand and cucumbers on the other.    Jars of pickles that we have available in two recipes, with vinegar or sweet and sour.    Ideal to pair with a charcuterie platter, pâtés or rillettes. It is also available in many recipes.
