Usage Tips: Environmental diffusion: pour 1 drop of essential oil into boiling water to make steam in case of cold or simply on a handkerchief and breathe. It is recommended in case of colds, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia. Food flavoring: add 1-2 drops of essential oil to sweet or savory dishes or cocktails to give a balsamic aroma. Ambient diffusion: add to the aroma diffuser tray (alone or in combination with peppermint, rosaline, myrtle and herbaceous essential oils such as rosemary or thyme) stimulates concentration.
