Strictly follow the heating times indicated: Less than 750 W: 1 minute 750 – 1000 W: 30 seconds Only reheat when the hot water bottle is at room temperature. Some useful tips Need some freshness? Place the hot water bottle in a freezer-safe bag for 2 hours. To preserve the wheat grains, add a glass of water to the microwave next to the hot water bottle. A slight humidity may appear during the first uses: this is normal! For cleaning, use a slightly damp sponge and allow to dry completely before reuse.
