It all started in 2016, with a simple blank page and a desire: to understand and master the transformation of garlic into black garlic. Georges, a passionate technician, surrounded himself with producers, artisans and committed enthusiasts. Together, they experimented, tasted, sometimes failed, but always moved forward. In 2019, the Atelier de l’Ail Noir officially came into being. Since then, he has been processing garlic from the Southwest, designing his own machines, and sharing local and open know-how. A collective adventure, rooted in humanity and driven by a passion for good.
