Originally we were a craft brewery with a pub and a wine cellar/delicatessen.
Because we couldn't find all the products we wanted to offer our customers, we developed "L'Atelier de Montmirail" which manufactures (non-alcoholic liqueurs, flavored vinegars...)and source (peppers, spices, teas, infusions...)something our customers and we ourselves love.
