L'atelier d'Émile is a family farm producing organic vegetables and making delicious vegetable spreads and hummus. We are the fruit of a family history and values that have made their way from our great-grandfather Émile to us.
Both a farm and a workshop, our strength lies in controlling all stages of production on our farm, from growing the vegetable to processing it. We develop and cook our recipes on site in collaboration with a local chef.
Our mission ? Offering good and healthy products, while respecting nature and giving meaning to our consumption.
To do this, we follow Émile's charter, which we share with our partners and clients.
