Grilled Zucchini Spread

L’atelier d’Émile is a traditional, family-run business producing vegetable-based appetizer spreads and chickpea hummus. We offer you healthy and delicious recipes, certified organic (AB) and Origin France, without additives or preservatives. All stages of our production (planting, crop monitoring, harvesting, cooking and jarring) are carried out by us on our farm. This one is located in Mouliherne (49), in the heart of Saumur, in the natural and historical region of the Loire Valley, in the family since 1864.
