Spread of sun-dried tomatoes and roasted peppers

This new recipe based on dried tomatoes and grilled peppers and dedicated to the aperitif was concocted in our workshop with good vegetables from our farm. L’atelier d’Émile is an artisanal and family business producing vegetarian and natural aperitif spreads. We offer you healthy and gourmet recipes, certified organic (AB) and Origine France, without additives or preservatives. All stages of our production (planting, crop monitoring, harvesting, cooking and bottling) are carried out by us on our farm. It is located in Mouliherne (49), in the heart of Saumur, in the natural and historical region of the Loire Valley.
