Corkscrew - Classic bimetallic

The Bilame Corkscrew, a historic professional tool from L’Atelier du Vin since 1949 (patent date), easily extracts corks while leaving them intact, even those that are old and fragile. The cork is not pierced, and therefore does not crumble. The Bimetal can also be used to reseal an opened bottle. Legend has it that the Bilame was very popular with certain waiters, who used it to take a few centilitres from bottles, “top them up” with water and reseal them without leaving any trace of tampering.
