The Ikigai workshop is a traditional tea and coffee house based in Alès, in the heart of the Cévennes, founded by Alison and Damien.
We select our teas, herbal teas, rooibos and mate, then blend them by hand. Damien, trained in roasting, roasts our coffees himself, to guarantee freshness, character and quality.
Inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai — the reason for being — our brand invites you to pause, share and enjoy the pleasure of taste, serving individuals as well as professionals in search of authentic products and French artisanal know-how.
