Sea salt (65%) and black garlic (35%). 100% natural sea salt without additives or anti-caking agents, obtained by natural evaporation of washed seawater. After the dehydration of the black garlic, a homogeneous mixture is made in a stainless steel hopper, resulting in salt with black garlic. This salt is not iodized.
