 Use and advice: Perform the microneedling treatment in the evening (e.g. after dinner). Your skin turns red after microneedling.

 During the day, your skin is more sensitive to UV radiation. Since there is always UV radiation (even when the sun is not shining), it is better to stay indoors immediately after the treatment.

 Treat 1 to 2 times a week on clean skin (maximum 3x per week), as explained in the instructional videos. Always start with once a week and increase it later. Always rest at least 1 day between treatments.

 Example treatment schedule: Day 1: Get everything ready and apply SERUM 02 to the skin areas to be treated. Clean the dermaroller hygienically with the Cleansing Spray.   Roll according to instructional video. Never roll back and forth on your skin. Let the serum work all night.

 Day 2 and 3: These are the rest days when you do not dermaroll. On rest days, apply SERUM 02 before going to sleep. Always with slightly damp fingers.

 Day 4: this is a treatment day if you want to treat twice a week. Do this for 4-10 weeks. It varies per person when you see the result. The skin condition will improve anyway, even if you don't see it immediately.
