Located in Saint-André-le-Puy in the Forez plain (be careful not to pronounce the Z!),Batistou is in the heart of the Massif Central, on the borders of Auvergne, between Saint-Etienne to the South, the Monts du Forez to the West and the Monts du Lyonnais to the East. It is par excellence the country of cured meats.
From this mid-mountain climate, Le Batistou has been able to draw all the qualities and combine them with its know-how. He has thus created products as unique as the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region from which they come.
