Pocket “The Shortbread of Sainte-Mère-Eglise”

The “Sablé de Sainte-Mère-Eglise” is the “star” product of our workshop, to be found here in an economical pocket format. Pure Normandy butter, made with passion in our workshop, it is without additives, without colorings, without preservatives. 
It’s a simple, homemade, and very delicious cookie.
