Coming from Yohan Gouery from the “L’Orgé” factory in the Côtes d’Armor, barley and its taste of toasted bread with hints of sweet bitterness reminiscent of coffee, will succumb to your taste buds with strength and tenderness. This Nougat was awarded a Bronze medal at the Epicures 2020.
