Mixing kaffir lime and red Kampot pepper gives you a recipe with a round fruity taste of citrus fruits and a slight spicy sensation with notes of red fruits, dates and vanilla. A nougat made in partnership with Ilanga for Combava and Corlou Spices from Romillé for Kampot red pepper. Rewarded with the Gold Medal of the Epicures Prize 2022.
