Natural Nougat "the Original"

We wanted to give this centuries-old confectionery a new identity and a new taste color. Thanks to the chestnut summer honey typical of central Brittany, combined with roasted hazelnuts and almonds in our workshop, our nougat is recognizable from the first bite.
