Génépi produces in the North of France in Camphin-en-Carembault, because if they have a Mont Blanc, we have Monts Noirs.             Here, we respect the authentic Haute-Alpine recipe.             On the nose, we detect notes of thyme, eucalyptus or pine.  In the mouth, it is the almond that is felt, for a rather warm finish.  The alcohol responds to the sugar and brings balance to the liquor.             Alpine freshness mixed with the warmth of the people of the North.
