Our whole duck foie gras (south west origin) is truffled with black truffle (tuber mélanosporum) and is produced in collaboration with the farm of the high lande, ESAT in Captieux (33) which works for the insertion by the work of people with disabilities. A cause that is important to us and that we wanted to promote.
