Our duck galantine is made of duck meat and pieces of duck foie gras (from the south west). It is truffled with black truffle (tuber mélanosporum) and is developed in collaboration with the farm of the high moor, ESAT in Captieux (33) which works for the integration through work of disabled people. A cause that is important to us and that we wanted to promote.
