In our artisanal distillery located in Provence, we make spirits for aperitifs or digestives. Our range includes herbal spirits and liqueurs. We work exclusively with plants and fruits grown or collected in Provence.
We like to work with fresh plants to bring out their full character, which is why we do not add coloring or flavorings. Our spirits contain plants, water and alcohol and that's it! And to make a liqueur, we simply add sugar!
We distill our alcohols on site in a 250L copper still.
We have an eco-responsible approach by sorting our waste and composting our ingredients.
