In our artisanal distillery located in Provence, we produce spirits for aperitifs or digestifs. Our range includes herbal spirits and liqueurs. We work exclusively with plants and fruits grown or picked in Provence.
We like to work with fresh plants to bring out all their character, which is why we don't add any colorings or flavorings. Our minds contain plants, water and alcohol and that's it! And to make a liqueur we simply add sugar!
We distill our alcohols on site in a 250L copper still.
We have an eco-responsible approach by sorting our waste and composting our ingredients.
