Our organic fine lavender spirit is made from dried fine lavender flowers from Provence. To be consumed in a cocktail with added apricot or strawberry juice (to be dosed like a syrup). It can enhance desserts such as ice cream, fruit salad, tart, cake... More simply, it will be excellent consumed pure or with ice cubes as a digestive. It is a solidarity product with the Lavender Heritage Endowment Fund. It is at 41%Vol.
