Its History: Our Chocolate Mint Spirit was born from a passion for chocolate mint, a variety with a unique chocolate taste derived from peppermint. Celebrated for its digestive properties, we have extracted all its richness to create an intense mint spirit, without added sugar. Its Production: Cultivated in the lower Alps, chocolate mint is harvested by hand and meticulously macerated in a mixture of ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and natural, slightly mineralized French mineral water. Distillation in our copper pot still reveals the harmony of flavors. The distillate is reduced to 42%Vol to obtain this exceptional Chocolate Mint Alcohol. Its Use: Perfect in a cocktail with lemonade, sparkling water and a lemon zest, our Chocolate Mint Spirit can also enhance desserts such as ice creams, cakes, deliciously combining mint, chocolate and strawberry.
