Its history: Our Gin was born from the desire to highlight the juniper berries of our terroir. A pure London Dry Gin, made only with local botanicals such as thyme and rosemary. No artifice, just the purity of Provençal nature. Its manufacture: Made with fresh wild juniper berries and six aromatic plants from Provence, our Gin is distilled with ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin and lightly mineralized French natural mineral water, in our copper pot still. The result is then reduced to 45%Vol to achieve the perfect balance. Its use: Perfect as an aperitif with tonic, our Gin can also be enjoyed neat or with ice cubes as a digestive.
