Medieval Treasure “Breuvage du Bochet” Origin of the recipe: The bochet was a small muslin purse that contained a ready-made mixture of plants and spices.   It was infused to flavor medieval cuisine which was rich in flavors and colors.    Flavors found: Vanilla, cinnamon and lemon.
