White Wine - Chablis “Gold”

Chablis produces exclusively white wines. The unique subsoils give the wines freshness, purity and typical mineral and iodized notes. Soil: Kimmeridgian - gray marls alternating with limestone banks very rich in fossils. On the nose, aromas of white flowers emerge with lovely depth and notes of white-fleshed fruit. The palate is refined with a pleasant acidity, a mid-palate with notes of pulp fruits and a nice richness which ends with lemony notes. Food & wine pairings: sole meunière, sushi and sashimi, blanquette of veal or even andouillette.
