Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blanc wine

The grapes come from varied terroirs of the Burgundy vineyards, from the chalky bedrock of the surroundings of Joigny to the granites of southern Burgundy, including the limestone of the coasts. Burgundy sparkling wine entered history in 1830 under the pen of Musset who celebrated it in the “Secret thoughts of Raphaël”. Blanc de Blancs is scented with white flowers, citrus fruits or green apples. Over time, the aromas will evolve into notes of stone fruits such as apricot, peach and toast. Elegant mouthfeel thanks to its fine bubbles. Food & wine pairings: as an aperitif with Burgundian gougères, with a seafood platter.
