Rosé Wine - Burgundy “Clairet”

A regional appellation, this Burgundy Rosé comes from vines located in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, planted between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. It takes its name from the Burgundian dialect, “clairet” is the old name for rosé. This Burgundian rosé has a light color, more salmon than the rosés of Provence. It is a delicate, deep and slightly acidic wine around citrus fruits. Definitely a gastronomic wine. Food & wine pairing: scallop tartare, grilled fish and charcuterie.
