Red Wine - Burgundy Hautes-Côtes de Nuits “Les Régalières”

The Burgundy Hautes-Côtes de Nuits appellation extends over 19 communes on the Côte de Nuits from 300 to 400 meters above sea level. With a beautiful dark ruby color, this wine offers fresh aromas of red (raspberry and cherry) and black fruits. On the palate, a frank and firm flavor, pleasant tannins when ripe, full body but without excess. Food & wine pairings: thanks to its beautiful structure and tender flavors, “Les Régalières” will be easily drunk with any roasted pork, rabbit or beef, with chicken with mushrooms, with mature but not too powerful cheeses. This wine goes well with white meats such as rabbit and lamb but also duck. It will also surprise with savory/sweet dishes (duck with orange, tagines, etc.). Refined Soumaintrain, Nuits d’Or, Reblochon Farmer and Morbier are also his friends.
