Red Wine - Maranges

The Maranges appellation is the link between Côte-d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. Located at the southern tip of the Côte de Beaune, Les Maranges brings together 7 municipalities. A limpid, limpid wine with a garnet color with ruby reflections and a delicious aromatic palette of fresh black and red fruits such as blackberry, redcurrant and raspberry. The floral and incense nuances bring a certain finesse, the roundness and balance make it delicious and distinguished. Fresh finish with fine but intense tannins. Food & wine pairings: the delicacy and harmony of this wine go just as well with roast veal in a strong jus with crispy peas as with roast pork mignon and a delicate lemon balm jus.
